1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hustle OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Hustle OS is an AI-powered business automation platform providing tools including, but not limited to:

• Website and funnel creation
• CRM and workflow automation
• AI voice, SMS, and messaging systems
• Marketing and communication tools
• AI-generated content and automation
• Third-party integrations

3. Subscription Fees

Access to the platform requires a recurring subscription fee.

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Usage-Based Billing & Rebilling

Certain features are billed based on usage. These include, but are not limited to, messaging, phone calls, email delivery, AI services, automation workflows, and third-party integrations.

Current Usage Rates:

• SMS Messaging: $0.0249 per segment
• Outbound Voice Calls: $0.042 per minute
• Inbound Voice Calls: $0.0255 per minute
• Email Delivery: $2.00 per 1,000 emails
• Email Verification: $8.00 per 1,000 verifications

AI & Automation Usage:

• AI Content Generation: $0.27 per 1,000 words | $0.18 per image
• External AI Model Usage: $1.80 per 750,000 input words | $7.20 per 750,000 output words
• Voice AI / Conversation AI: $0.06 per message | $0.39 per minute of voice interaction
• AI Review Responses: $0.10 per generation
• Premium Workflow Actions: $0.03 per execution
• Funnel AI Generation: $1.98 per funnel
• Agent Execution (Agent Studio): $0.75 per 750,000 words processed

Messaging & Third-Party Channels:

• WhatsApp Messaging: $0.222 per conversation

Domains:

Domain purchases are billed annually and typically range between $15 and $30 per year, depending on the domain and availability.

All usage rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Wallet, Auto-Recharge & Payment Authorization

Users agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.

Hustle OS operates using a prepaid wallet system:

• Usage charges are deducted automatically
• Wallet balances may be automatically recharged when funds fall below a defined threshold
• You authorize automatic charges to your payment method

Failure to maintain a valid payment method or sufficient balance may result in:

• Service interruption
• Suspension of features including messaging, calls, and automation

6. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees
• Usage-based charges
• Domain purchases
• Setup or onboarding fees

7. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You are solely responsible for your use of the platform.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• Data privacy and protection laws

8. Consent to Communications

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before contacting any individual using the platform.

By using Hustle OS, you agree that:

• Messages and calls may be sent using automated systems or AI
• You have obtained all required opt-ins prior to communication
• You will honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests

Hustle OS is not liable for any misuse of communication features.

9. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Hustle OS utilizes artificial intelligence to automate communication and business processes.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI may be used in voice, SMS, email, and chat interactions
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated content

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Hustle OS is not responsible for:

• Carrier or delivery delays
• Third-party service outages
• Failed or undelivered messages

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 30 days.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Abuse or misuse of services

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
